  • 1 heaping cup fresh organic baby spinach
  • 2 bananas, sliced
  • 1 cup fresh or frozen organic raspberries
  • 2 kiwi fruit, peeled & sliced
  • 1/4 cup pomegranate seeds


FREEZE these bags for future use, use within 2-4 weeks.

Red Berry Green Smoothie Prep Packs Clean RecipesPull one freezer bag out if the freezer, then add to the blender 1 cup Greek yogurt, well chilled, 1.5 cups pure pomegranate juice, well chilled, and 3-4 ice cubes.

Breakfast Red Berry Green SmoothieIn a blender, combine the frozen ingredients with the yogurt and pomegranate juice.

Puree until smooth. Add additional liquid if necessary, or desired.

Pour the smoothie into four tall glasses and serve immediately.
