In EACH freezer bag I added:

  • 1 heaping cup fresh organic baby spinach
  • 2 bananas, sliced
  • 1 cup fresh or frozen organic raspberries
  • 2 kiwi fruit, peeled & sliced
  • 1/4 cup pomegranate seeds

Instructions: FREEZE these bags for future use, use within 2-4 weeks

Red Berry Green Smoothie Prep Packs Clean RecipesPull one freezer bag out if the freezer, then add to the blender with the following ingredients:

  • 1 cup Greek yogurt, well chilled
  • 1.5 cups pure pomegranate juice, well chilled
  • 3-4 ice cubes

Breakfast Red Berry Green SmoothieHow to Make It:

  1. In a blender, combine the frozen ingredients with the yogurt and pomegranate juice.
  2. Puree until smooth. Add additional liquid if necessary, or desired.
  3. Pour the smoothie into four tall glasses and serve immediately.
