Preheat the oven to 350f and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a small bowl, combine oil, coconut aminos, honey garlic and chili flakes.
Spread the broccolini on the baking sheet and drizzle with honey-aminos mixture.
Toss well to get them all coated, then arrange in a single layer.
Roast for 12-15 minutes in the preheated oven...until they are crisp-tender.
