Tangy-Honey Roasted Broccolini Recipe

  • 1 lb. broccolini
  • 3 cloves fresh garlic minced
  • 1/2 Tbsp chili flakes
  • 2 Tbsp avocado oil or olive oil
  • 3 Tbsps coconut aminos or liquid aminos
  • 1 Tbsp raw honey

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 350f and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • In a small bowl, combine oil, coconut aminos, honey garlic and chili flakes.
  • Spread the broccolini on the baking sheet and drizzle with honey-aminos mixture.
  • Toss well to get them all coated, then arrange in a single layer.
  • Roast for 12-15 minutes in the preheated oven...until they are crisp-tender.
