  • 1 lb. broccolini
  • 3 cloves fresh garlic, minced
  • 1/2 Tbsp chili flakes
  • 2 Tbsp avocado oil, or olive oil
  • 3 Tbsps coconut aminos, or liquid aminos
  • 1 Tbsp raw honey

Roasted Broccolini with Tangy Honey FlavorInstructions:

  1. Preheat the oven to 350f and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a small bowl, combine oil, coconut aminos, honey garlic and chili flakes.
  3. Spread the broccolini on the baking sheet and drizzle with honey-aminos mixture.
  4. Toss well to get them all coated, then arrange in a single layer.
  5. Roast for 12-15 minutes in the preheated oven…until they are crisp-tender.
