Tangy-Honey Roasted Broccolini
So simple and yet the taste is out of this world! People will be very happy to eat broccoli this way!
Makes 3-4 servings
- 1 lb. broccolini
- 3 cloves fresh garlic, minced
- 1/2 Tbsp chili flakes
- 2 Tbsp avocado oil, or olive oil
- 3 Tbsps coconut aminos, or liquid aminos
- 1 Tbsp raw honey
Preheat the oven to 350f and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a small bowl, combine oil, coconut aminos, honey garlic and chili flakes.
Spread the broccolini on the baking sheet and drizzle with honey-aminos mixture.
Toss well to get them all coated, then arrange in a single layer.
Roast for 12-15 minutes in the preheated oven…until they are crisp-tender.
