Tangy Sesame Cucumber Salad Recipe
Ingredients
2
large English cucumbers
thinly sliced, I like to leave the peel on
2-3
green onions
sliced

Tbsps
sesame seeds
1/4
cup
chopped raw peanuts
Dressing:
2
Tbsp
apple cider vinegar
1
Tbsp
water
1/2
Tbsp
sesame oil
1
tsp
raw honey
1/4 to 1/2
tsp
red pepper flakes
a pinch of sea salt
Instructions
In a small bowl, whisk the dressing ingredients. Refrigerate until serving.
Place all the remaining ingredients in a large bowl.
Just before serving add in the dressing and toss gently to combine. Serve immediately and enjoy!
