Tangy Turkey Rollups Recipe

Ingredients

  • 6 roasted chicken or turkey slices, nitrate free
  • A handful of sprouts or pea shoots (you may also use other greens like baby spinach leaves, rocket greens)
  • 1 ripe avocado cut into wedges
  • 3 hard boiled eggs peeled and cut into quarters
  • 3 Tbsps honey mustard dijon mustard, or regular (use YOUR fave!)

Instructions

  • Lay sliced meat flat on a large cutting board.
  • Add sprouts, avocado and egg.
  • Drizzle with a bit of honey mustard then roll up!
  • Repeat with the remaining chicken slices.
