A tangy, protein packed lunch or snack in a flash! čĺą┬áSet out the filling ingredients and let everyone makes their own!┬áIngredients:
- 6 roasted chicken, or turkey slices, nitrate free a handful of sprouts, or pea shoots (you may also use other greens like baby spinach leaves, rocket greens)
- 1 ripe avocado, cut into wedges
- 3 hard boiled eggs, peeled and cut into quarters
- 3 Tbsps honey mustard, dijon mustard, or regular (use YOUR fave!)
- Lay sliced meat flat on a large cutting board.
- Add sprouts, avocado and egg.
- Drizzle with a bit of honey mustard then roll up!┬á
- Repeat with the remaining chicken slices.
