Ultimate Chocolate Protein Pancakes Recipe

Ingredients 

Dry ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup oat flour, ground oatmeal,
  • 1 scoop of your favorite chocolate whey protein
  • 1 Tbs unsweetened cacao powder
  • 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 1/4 tsp cinnamon

Wet ingredients:

  • 1/2 mashed banana
  • 3 egg whites
  • 1/4 tsp pure vanilla extract, or shaved vanilla bean

Instructions 

  • Combine dry ingredients well with a fork.
  • Mix wet ingredients, then combine wet with dry.
  • I mix it with a fork until combined well.
