Ultimate Chocolate Protein Pancakes Recipe

Makes 4 Large Pancakes

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup oat flour (ground oatmeal),
  • 1 scoop of your favorite chocolate whey protein,
  • 1 Tbs unsweetened cacao powder,
  • 1/2 tsp baking powder,
  • 1/4 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/2 mashed banana,
  • 3 egg whites,
  • 1/4 tsp pure vanilla extract (or shaved vanilla bean)

Instructions:

Combine dry ingredients well with a fork.

Mix wet ingredients, then combine wet with dry.

I mix it with a fork until combined well.

I topped the pancakes with a Tbs. Organic whipped cream whipped with stevia to taste and a bit of unsweetened cacao powder.
