2Tbspsbalsamic vinegar
1 - 15ozcan diced tomatoes or fire roasted tomatoes with juice
1 - 8ozcan tomato sauce
2cupscooked brown rice
1/2cupshredded Colby Jack or cheddar cheese or cheese of choice

Instructions
Preheat your oven to 350 degrees f.
Heat the oil in a large oven-proof skillet over medium-high heat. Saute the onions, garlic, and peppers for about 2-3 minutes.
Stir in the ground turkey and continue to cook, breaking it up with a wooden spoon as it cooks, just until it starts to brown, 6-8 minutes. Stir in all the seasonings together with the balsamic vinegar, diced tomatoes, tomato sauce and rice.
Sprinkle with the shredded cheese and transfer your skillet into the preheated oven.
Bake for 15 minutes or until the top is nicely golden.
