Homemade Fresh Fruit Summer Slushies
Forgo the Sno-Cone Shack this Summer for THESE frosty, nutrient-packed REAL Fruit Slushies!!
Ingredients:
Raspberry – Green Tea Slushie:
- 1.5 cups frozen raspberries
 - 1 cup ice cold green tea
 - 1/2 cup ice
 
Kiwi – Pineapple Slushie:
- 1 cup frozen chopped pineapple
 - ½ cup frozen kiwi pieces, peeled
 - ½ cup ice cold natural coconut water
 
Watermelon – Mint Slushie:
- 1.5 cups frozen watermelon, cubed
 - a small bunch of fresh mint leaves
 - ½ cup ice cold coconut water
 
 Mango – Apple Slushie:
- 1.5 cups frozen mango pieces
 - 1 cup ice cold natural apple juice, no preserves or sugar added
 
Instructions:
Place all ingredients into a high powered blender and blend until smooth.
