No-bake Brownie Energy Balls
For all my choc-o-holics.
These lil’ raw energy bites could not be simpler to make…and supply a good nutrient dense punch of energy! Makes about 12 balls, 1-2 balls per servingÂ
Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup raw cashews
- 1/2 cup raw almonds
- 1/4 cup pitted dates, about 10 pieces
- 2 Tbsps unsweetened cocoa powder
- 2 Tbsps coconut oil, melted
- teeny tiny pinch of sea salt
Instructions:
Place all the ingredients into a blender or food processor and blend until you’ve got a thick dough.
Take one semi-heaping Tablespoon of dough and roll it between your palms into a ball shape. Repeat until all the dough is finished.
Place them into an air-tight container and refrigerate for up to 1 week.
Enjoy!
