{SIMPLE, NO GRAIN, No added Sugar}
Keep plenty of these in the freezer!
They taste GREAT frozen!
I added Dark Chocolate chips this time…Sunday Funday?
PB COOKIE RECIPE:
Makes 1 Dozen soft cookies
{Preheat oven to 350 degrees f}
Ingredients:
- 1 banana mashed very well (use a VERY firm yellow banana…if your banana is mushy or brown, these will not work)
- 8 Tbs. Natural Peanut Butter (DO NOT use the oily parts of the nut butter)
- 1/4 tsp. Cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp. Nutmeg (spices optional)
- You may add sweetener of choice, I L?VE these cookies WITHOUT any sweetener added, but some have said they like it (a few drops of stevia, raw honey, or pure maple syrup)
- 1/4 cup Dark Chocolate Chips, I love Lily’s brand sweetened with stevia CleanFoodCrush.com/lilys
{That’s it! No refined sugar! No grain!}
Directions:
- Mix ingredients very well using a fork, scoop by rounded Tbsp onto cookie sheet, press down with fork.
- Bake in preheated 350 degree oven for 12 minutes… watch them carefully!
- Enjoy!
