Creative Banana Split Kabobs

Banana Split Kabobs

Raise your hand if you you love me now?!!

Summer FUN, makin’ memories with the kids…using stuff you’ll actually feel GOOD about eating! Banana Split Kabobs RecipeMakes about 8 servings

Ingredients:

  • 2 bananas, sliced into 1.5′ inch pieces
  • 1/4 lb. cored pineapple, cut into large bite-sized pieces
  • 8 small strawberries
  • 2 kiwis, peeled and cut into quarters
  • 1/4 cup high-quality dark chocolate chips/or a bar
  • 2 Tbsp chopped peanuts, or almonds
  • 8 wooden skewers

Look for a quality Dark Chocolate, with a higher percentage of cacao (NOT cocoa). The antioxidants are higher…and usually, the sugar is lower! For a silkier texture, try melting a Tablespoon of unrefined Coconut Oil right into the chocolate!
