Antipasto Party Skewers
Roasted Brussels Sprouts, Prosciutto, Olives, & Cherry Tomatoes are all invited to the PARTY!
If you’re throwing a Party, BBQ, Ladies Night, or Family Get-together this Summer you could make a bunch of these, then cover them and set them in the fridge for up to 4 hours before the party starts.
I LOVE appetizers that can be made well in advance so that I get to actually enjoy my guests.
Make a big tray or plate of these, then set your tray on top of a tray of ice to keep them chilled while your guests arrive.
Basically Antipasto Salad On-A-Stick, just to make things a lot more FUN!
Use your FAVORITE olives & YOUR go-to cheese 🧀
Traditional prosciutto contains no added preservatives and the only ingredients are pork and salt.
Some cheaper prosciutto products do use nitrates as preservatives. If you want to avoid nitrates and preservatives then look for prosciutto which has a “PDO certification” or specifically says that no nitrates or preservatives are added.
