These yogurt chia jars will make THE perfect festive treat for the whole gang!

Double or triple the recipe and make a few hours ahead for your parties!Clean Berry Parfait Chia Jars IngrdientsMakes 4 servings

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups Greek yogurt
  • 1/4 cup raw honey
  • 2 Tbsp fresh lemon juice
  • 2 tsp lemon zest
  • 2 Tbsps chia seeds
  • 1 tsp natural vanilla, lemon, or almond extract
  • 1 cup fresh ripe raspberries
  • 1 cup fresh ripe blueberries

Healthy Snacks Chia Jars

Instructions:

Add the first 6 ingredients to a medium-large glass bowl. Whisk to combine well.

Eat Clean Berry Yogurt JarsHealthy Breakfast Berry Yogurt JarsLayer half of the mixture into 4 small glasses or Mason jars.

Clean Eating Berry Parfait Chia JarsTop equally with half of the berries.

Eat Clean Berry Parfait Chia JarsRepeat layers as shown.

Serve immediately or refrigerate for up to 1 day if sealed well.
