Buffalo Chicken Salad

Often times we’re just craving something really REALLY tasty, and if we *knew* that we could easily create that tastiness we’re CRAVING within minutes, then we’d definitely choose a homemade meal over eating out!

This Salad checks all the right boxes when it comes to those satisfying flavors and crunch combos we often crave from takeout!
➡️ How To Choose an All Natural Buffalo Style Sauce:
Check the ingredients on the jar! It should only contain water, vinegar, and spices. I like Tabasco Buffalo sauce because there are only 5 REAL ingredients in Tabasco.
Ingredients:
- 1 lb. boneless skinless chicken breasts or tenders, cut into 1-inch cubes
- 1/2 tsp sea salt, or to taste
- 1/4 tsp freshly ground black pepper, or to taste
- 2 Tbsps ghee or clarified butter
- 4 Tbsps buffalo sauce
- 8 cups salad greens of choice
- 4 celery ribs
- 2 medium carrots, peeled
- 1/2 cup crumbled blue cheese or feta cheese
- 1/2 cup all-natural ranch dressing, or blue cheese dressing
Instructions:
Cut your chicken into cubes and season with salt and pepper.
Melt your butter in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
Add in chicken and cook stirring frequently, until nicely golden brown.
Stir in the hot sauce and continue to cook for a couple of minutes more, until cooked through.
While your chicken is cooking, chop your lettuce, celery ribs and shred the carrots.
Once the chicken is done, remove from heat and set aside allowing it to cool a bit.
Place the lettuce, celery and carrots into a serving bowl.
Add chicken and crumbled cheese.
Then, drizzle your salad dressing of choice on top.
Toss well and serve immediately.
