Cheese + Fruit Bistro Boxes
A take-n-go snack #FoodPrep combo!
Makes 1 box/per listed serving
Ingredients:
- 1 oz. aged cheddar cheese, sliced 
 - 1 oz. Gouda, or Brie sliced
 - 1/4 cup gluten free, or sprouted wheat crackers
 - 3 slices red apple
 - 5 oz. seedless organic grapes
 - 2 Tbsp raw walnuts
 - 2 Tbsp dried apricots
 

Instructions:
Dip apple slices in pure pineapple juice, or lemon water, to prevent browning.
Place the cheeses, crackers, apples, grapes, walnuts and dried apricots into a meal prep container.
Keep it in the fridge for about 3-4 days.
