Hi, I’m Danielle—a proud mom of three wonderful children. As I approach my 47th birthday and celebrate 25 years of marriage with my husband, I realized that life had become overwhelming.

Despite my love for workouts, I lacked energy and suffered from frequent headaches.

Before the challenge, I would not have just added zucchini to my eggs! But I just did!
