{NEW} Buffalo Chicken Salad 🔥🌱🌶

This salad is a FLAVOR EXPLOSION 💣
SIMPLE, SIMPLE prep too!

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups cooked shredded chicken breast
  • 4 Tbsps all natural buffalo style sauce, (check the ingredients! Should only contain water, vinegar, and spices! I use
  • Tabasco Buffalo sauce because there are only 5 REAL ingredients in Tabasco.)
  • 1.5 Tbsps melted ghee or clarified butter
  • 5-6 cups packed chopped romaine lettuce
  • 1 yellow bell pepper, diced
  • 1 jalapeño, sliced
  • 1 cup halved cherry tomatoes
  • 1 cup cooked black beans, drained and rinsed
  • 1/4 cup shredded Mexican cheese blend
  • a handful of fresh cilantro, chopped to garnish
  • juice of 2 fresh limes
  • 1 Tbsp extra virgin olive oil


In a medium mixing bowl add your shredded chicken, melted butter, and buffalo sauce. Stir well to combine.

To assemble your salad add the chopped romaine to a large bowl. Top lettuce with buffalo chicken, cherry tomatoes, peppers, black beans, cheese and cilantro. Drizzle your salad with olive oil and fresh lime juice, then season with sea salt and pepper to tour taste.Toss to combine and enjoy!
