These Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough Balls are an Epic Clean Eating Treat!

Add cookies into the daily mix = Because we all need some daily YUM!

I love to keep a batch of these in the fridge for the kids to snack on after school!

“I was SO happy when I realized I had all the ingredients to make these. Made them this evening and oh my goodness…. oh my goodness, they are yummy!”
– Jennifer Evan’s

Makes about 22 balls, 1-2 cookie dough balls is considered one serving

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups almond flour
  • 1/2 cup coconut flour
  • 1/2 cup natural peanut butter
  • 1/2 cup pure maple syrup
  • 1.5 Tbsps unrefined coconut oil, melted
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/4 tsp sea salt
  • 1/3 cup mini dark chocolate chips

Instructions:

In your food processor, place all of your ingredients and process until well combined. Scrape down the sides and process again just until it starts to resembles crumbled cookie dough.

Line a sheet pan with parchment paper. Take a spoonful of mixture and roll it between your palms to create a ball, as shown.

Repeat with remaining mixture. Place the balls into the prepared sheet pan and refrigerate for up to 1 hour.

Transfer to an air-tight container and keep refrigerated until ready to serve.
