Meet Jen, Who Lost 9 Pounds During the CleanFoodCrush 30 Day Clean Eating Challenge

Hi! My name is Jen and I am a 39-year-old mother of 3 (8, 5, 15 months). I have been following CleanFoodCrush for several years and have tried recipes here and there but never took the plunge to do the 30 Day Challenge.

With 3 kids that keep me busy, my biggest obstacle was finding the time to meal prep!

With each week I learned things that helped cut down on the amount of time and by the end I found that meal prep wasn’t as tedious!

The challenge and all of the wonderful people who were part of it have helped come to gain a better understanding of what types of foods to eat and portion sizes. I’ve also gained a huge library of delicious recipes that I am looking forward to continuing to try!

My advice to anyone who is considering doing the challenge is to just do it no matter what your hesitations are. My biggest regret is that I waited so long to finally sign up! I now am committed to following the clean eating lifestyle and I can’t wait to continue on this journey of health and weight loss!

My favorite recipes are the Blender Oatmeal Muffins and the Cheeseburger Salad!

I am so glad I finally decided to sign up for the Challenge! I lost 9lbs during the 30 Day Challenge!
