Snicker Stuffed Dates ❤❤❤
Chocolatey + Chewy + Peanut-Buttery + with just a touch of Sea Salt.
Oh yes! A perfect little treat with flavors & textures that just might hit-the-spot when you get a hankering for a very well-loved candy bar.
Dates have a nice chewy-sweet flavor, that lends itself as a perfect vessel for this chocolate and salty peanut dessert.
Dates are also high in a few important nutrients, fiber, and antioxidants… which makes these little Snicker Stuffed Dates a winning quick treat idea for your healthy lifestyle.
➡️Rachel’s notes:
Use any dark chocolate chips of your choice: the higher cacao percentage, the better.
If you’re looking to keep sugars lower; try Lily’s brand chocolate that is sweetened with stevia.
Lots of questions about specific chocolate brands – I like to visit the specialty (nicer) chocolate section at the stores and find a really high quality, (often organic) dark chocolate bar on SALE – so I’m always trying something different because I shop the sales. Plus, if it’s something you don’t eat too often, then it can be fun to treat yourself to something a bit nicer occasionally.
