Meet Toni, Who Lost 12 Pounds During the CleanFoodCrush 30 Day Clean Eating Challenge!
Hi, I’m Toni! I’m 63 years old and married with two children. I’m retired. I’ve always been self-employed. I own Toni’s Techniques and specialize in wood graining steel doors. My passion is sewing. I sew scrub hats for nurses, cancer patients, and of course, now I sew face masks. I am going to have to make myself a new mask because my face has lost weight!
I just started the CleanFoodCrush 30 Day Challenge on December 16th, 2020.
In one month I lost 12 pounds!
I measured my waist, hips, and one thigh, and had a total loss of 6 inches.
I mostly joined because I had been on every diet imaginable. I’d even hired two personal trainers. Everything was so rigid and strict!
Plus, my doctor said I was pre-diabetic.
When I started the 30 Day Challenge, I weighed 196 pounds. I was wearing size 1x-2x.
I didn’t want to diet anymore, I wanted to live! This challenge is a living proof lifestyle change for me!
Before, my biggest challenge in eating clean was a lack of support. I felt like in a ship tossed to and fro. “Do this! Eat that! Don’t eat this! Exercise more! Ugh!
I needed change for all areas! Health, mindset, and even the way I felt about myself.
It takes courage to take your pictures and really look at yourself!
This challenge has challenged me to be strong. I learned how to get information on what clean eating is and eat! I learned to read labels. I learned how to look at food as though it is for health and not comfort or support.
The greatest wisdom I can give is to Trust the Process, the journey is enjoyable and you will get there!
Know there are people here to help you along the way and to help you be the best you can be!
One of my favorite breakfasts is the Banana Egg Muffins with cinnamon and vanilla! Yum! One of my favorite salads is the Pomegranate and Orange salad, so light and refreshing.
With all the recipes I never feel deprived or restricted.
I’m alive and living for the first time!
I’m full of energy and excitement for the next moment in life! Thank you CFC!
