Avocado Raspberry Crumbled Cheese ToastSimple morning meal OR anytime snack idea! The colors are so bright and beautiful, this simple recipe is SURE to make Clean Eating fun 🙂

Cheesy Avocado Raspberry Toast
Ingredients:
Makes 4 servings

  • 4 slices of Ezekiel bread, or organic rye bread
  • 1 ripe avocado, mashed
  • ½ cup fresh raspberries
  • 1 oz high quality feta, or blue cheese crumbles
  • sea salt & pepper to taste

Cheesy avocado and berry toast recipe

Instructions:

  1. Toast the bread.
  2. Mash the avocado with a fork and spread it on toasted bread.
  3. Top with halved raspberries.
  4. Crumble cheese over the top. Sprinkle sea salt & pepper to taste.
