Avocado Raspberry + Crumbled Cheese Toast
Simple morning meal OR anytime snack idea! The colors are so bright and beautiful, this simple recipe is SURE to make Clean Eating fun!
SO simple and very nourishing with all of those healthy fats and just the right amount of carbohydrates for energy!
Makes 4 servings
- 4 slices of Ezekiel bread, or organic rye bread
- 1 ripe avocado, mashed
- ½ cup fresh raspberries
- 1 oz high quality feta, or blue cheese crumbles
- sea salt & pepper to taste
Toast the bread.
Mash the avocado with a fork and spread it on toasted bread.
Top with halved raspberries.
Crumble cheese over the top. Sprinkle sea salt & pepper to taste.
