Simple morning meal OR anytime snack idea! The colors are so bright and beautiful, this simple recipe is SURE to make Clean Eating fun 🙂
Makes 4 servings
- 4 slices of Ezekiel bread, or organic rye bread
- 1 ripe avocado, mashed
- ½ cup fresh raspberries
- 1 oz high quality feta, or blue cheese crumbles
- sea salt & pepper to taste
- Toast the bread.
- Mash the avocado with a fork and spread it on toasted bread.
- Top with halved raspberries.
- Crumble cheese over the top. Sprinkle sea salt & pepper to taste.
SO simple and very nourishing with all of those healthy fats and just the right amount of carbohydrates for energy!
