Berry Almond Soaked Oats – Overnight Oatmeal

The oats you prep the night before, place in the refrigerator, give a little stir in the morning…breakfast is on!

➡️  Be sure to use gluten free oats, if you are sensitive.

➡️  Absolutely no cooking required

 Makes 1 serving

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup dry rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 1 pinch stevia or honey(optional)
  • 2 Tbsp Sliced Almonds(optional)
  • 1 Tbsp greek yogurt
  • 1/4 tsp extract, such as almond or vanilla {Give a little stir at this point}
  • Place berries of your choice, on top.

Instructions:

In a glass sealable jar, add all of the ingredients.

Seal tightly, refrigerate overnight.

Stir, & Eat cold in the morning

Enjoy!
