Gluten-Free Recipes

Here at CleanFoodCrush, we believe in enjoying everything in moderation, but we also understand that people have various reasons for avoiding gluten.

Gluten may affect the microbiome composition and diversity and enhance intestinal permeability. Following a gluten-free diet can also be helpful for certain non-celiac autoimmune diseases.

Our plans, such as the 30 Day Clean Eating Challenge and The Gut Health Masterclass, are gluten-free by nature, as are the vast majority of our recipes on the blog.

Here are 15 delicious gluten-free recipes to try:

1. Chocolate + PB Banana Bread

This bread is a staple in my house throughout the winter season. It fills the house with an absolutely delicious aroma while baking. Turn the process of preparing it into a fun Holiday activity by having your kids join you in the kitchen!

2. Protein Pumpkin Lentil Bread

This easy-to-make recipe is a nutritional powerhouse packed with high fiber and protein to keep you full and satisfied. It’s warm and comforting, perfect for the chilly winter months, and it can be enjoyed alongside your favorite chili, soup, or stew.

3. Blender Banana Oatmeal Muffins

Here is one of our simplest muffin recipes. It’s totally versatile and full of protein. These muffins make excellent breakfasts or after-school snacks. You may want to double the batch, especially if you have a large crew!

4. Mini Chocolate Chip Muffins

These taste just as good as traditional chocolate chip muffins but without the processed ingredients or gluten. Bonus: your house will smell divine while they’re cooking. You could also use the recipe to bake cookies that will disappear in the blink of an eye.

5. Easy Baked Tortilla Chips

With all the upcoming parties and gatherings happening, dips & chips are an easy and popular snack or appetizer to feed your crowd. These homemade chips don’t have the deep-fried oils or high sodium count as what you’ll find in the store.

6. Cheesy Cauliflower “Breadsticks”

Eating low-carb, gluten-free doesn’t mean you have to forgo some of your favorite foods, like breadsticks. Cheesy and completely packed with satisfying flavors, our cleaner “Breadsticks” are such an indulging treat!

7. High Protein Chicken + Zucchini Fritters

Packed with ground chicken, cottage cheese, and a boost of egg, these high-protein nutritious bite-sized fritters are crave-worthy. They’re incredibly delicious, with the sweetness of zucchini and the savory herbs and seasonings, all wrapped in a crispy fritter. You may want to double the batch because they disappear quickly when kids and guests start reaching for snacks.

8. High Protein “Pad Thai” Inspired Zoodles

Our version of stir-fry dish from Thailand is not traditional by any means, but it is inspired by those beautiful Pad Thai flavors and ingredients. We’re using low-carb zoodles, lots of protein, crunchy peanuts, and a lower-sugar sauce that you will love!

9. Copycat Taco Bell Pizza

To be honest, I think these are even better than the little pizzas from Taco Bell. They’re delicious and will satisfy those cravings. With almond flour or Ezekiel tortillas, the pizzas are also gluten-free. Just be sure to check the labels to ensure the tortillas you’re purchasing truly are free of gluten.

10. Tasty Sweet Potato Pizza

Using sweet potatoes as the base instead of traditional dough makes these a healthier, gluten-free version.

Plus, sweet potatoes are packed with vitamins A and C, fiber, and minerals and add a sweet and crispy texture to this savory dish.

11. Protein Packed Supreme Pizza Bowls

Get ready to indulge in a protein-packed, nutritious twist on traditional pizza! These bowls work for a quick dinner or to serve at parties, but they’re especially satisfying to me at lunchtime, thanks to all the flavors. No nap-induced food coma either, thanks to the lower carb, lower sugar recipe.

12. Almond Butter Biscuit Bars

Layers of wholesome goodness for snack time! Everyone in the family is going to love them. Remember that you can alter the recipe as much as you’d like, so you can make them as sweet as you want or without coconut.

13. Creamy Avocado Dressing

Sugar, gluten, and dairy-free, this creamy avocado is bright, tangy, and a tad bit garlicky.

It’s perfect for so many meals, from salads to taco skillets and enchiladas, or even on top of salmon, shrimp, or chicken. I almost always have a bottle of this in the fridge, ready to be drizzled on my favorite meals.

14. Apple + Bacon Sandwiches

If you’re looking for a special and very unique snack to serve this weekend, you’ve just found it! The combination of juicy, sweet apples and crispy, salty bacon is surprisingly wonderful. And without bread, like in typical sandwiches, these are completely free of gluten.

15. Cranberry Apple Pork Loin Roast

This simple yet impressive recipe is perfect for the upcoming holidays! This mouthwatering, flavorful, and budget-friendly dish is a perfect blend of sweet and savory, featuring juicy pork, tender apples, and a tangy homemade cranberry sauce that’s out-of-this-world great!

We have no shortage of gluten-free meals here at CleanFoooCrush, but this list is a starting point! And if you want more creative tips for avoiding gluten, check out this post.
