  • 1 1/2 lbs pork tenderloin
  • 1 1/2 cups homemade cranberry sauce
  • 1 large apple, diced
  • 2 Tbsps apple cider vinegar
  • 2 Tbsps raw honey or maple syrup
  • 2 Tbsps grass-fed butter or ghee, melted
  • 3 fresh garlic cloves, minced
  • sea salt and ground pepper, to taste
  • freshly chopped parsley to garnish

How To Make Cranberry Apple Pork Loin:

Bring your pork tenderloin out of the fridge and allow it to set on the counter for 20-30 minutes before preparing/cooking.

Ingredients to make cranberry apple pork loin:  cranberries sauce, garlic cloves, apple, pork tenderloin, butter.

Preheat your oven to 400 degrees f.

Pat the tenderloin completely dry with a paper towel and place it in a baking dish.
