Crispy Air Fried Radishes
These radishes are perfectly seasoned and nice n’ crispy on the outside, which creates a very satisfying side dish when you’re craving something a little crunchy and salty.
Air-fried radishes make for a surprisingly tasty side dish that I think your whole family will love! One taste, and you’ll be hooked!
Radishes are a cruciferous vegetable that I personally try to serve my family a lot.

Save your radish leaves then chop ’em up to add more flavor to your salads or soups. Yep! The radish leaves are completely edible with a slightly spicy flavor.

Ingredients:
- 1 lb radishes, ends trimmed and quartered
- 1 Tbsp olive oil or avocado oil
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- sea salt and ground pepper, to taste
Optional garnish:
- freshly chopped parsley
- freshly grated parmesan cheese
Instructions:
Preheat your air fryer to 400 degrees f.
After rinsing and trimming your radishes, pat them completely dry.
Place your prepared radishes in a large bowl. Drizzle with your oil and add sprinkle with your seasonings.
Toss well to evenly coat each piece.
Air fry your seasoned radishes, in 2 separate batches, for 8-10 minutes at 400F, shaking the basket halfway to flip the radishes.
Sprinkle with fresh chopped parsley and freshly grated parmesan cheese if desired.
Enjoy while hot or store in a sealed container in the fridge for up to 4 days.
