How to make Firecracker Beef Bowls:
Step 1. Prepare the firecracker sauce by combining the ingredients in a bowl and cook your rice or quinoa according to package instructions.

Step 2. Preheat a large skillet over medium-high heat and cook your ground meat, while mincing it with a wooden spoon.

Step 3. Once the beef is no longer pink, drain any excess grease. Stir in your sea salt, onion, garlic, and red pepper flakes. Continue to cook, stirring often for 5 minutes. If it starts to brown too quickly, add a bit of water.

Step 4. Pour in the firecracker sauce over your meat then add the peppers and carrots. Continue to cook for about 8 minutes more.

To assemble your bowls, add 1/2 cup cooked brown rice or quinoa in each bowl and top each with equal amounts of firecracker beef and steamed broccoli.
