Ginger Turkey Meatballs on Butter Lettuce Leaves

{All-time Favorite! Put these on your menu this week! }

Ingredients

  • 1 lb. Lean ground turkey,
  • 1/2 cup finely chopped almonds,
  • 3 egg whites,
  • 2 cloves garlic minced,
  • 1/4 tsp ground ginger,
  • 1 tsp rice vinegar.

Instructions:

Combine all ingredients very well.

Use your hands if you need to!

Form 1 inch meatballs.

Place on foil/parchment lined flat baking sheet sprayed very lightly with coconut oil.

Bake about 12 minutes at 400 degrees f.

Serve on butter lettuce leaves, with green onions, shredded carrots, sesame seeds, and liquid aminos.
