Cauliflower Steak Pizza
A DELICIOUS reason to Skip delivery tonight!

I’m telling you…even the skeptics will enjoy this recipe, and those pizza cravings will be satisfied!
➡️ Why Cauliflower?
Cauliflower is a member of the cancer-fighting cruciferous veggie family.
Cauliflower is anti-inflammatory and antioxidant-rich, and may boost both our heart and brain health!
Makes about 6 servings
Ingredients:
- 2 medium/large heads of cauliflower
- 2 Tbsps avocado oil, or olive oil
- sea salt and fresh ground black pepper
- 1 Tbsp dried oregano
- 1/4 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 cup low sugar marinara sauce
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/4 cup sliced black olives
- 1/4 cup sliced nitrate-free mini pepperoni
- a small handful of fresh chopped parsley, oregano, and/or basil
Instructions:
Preheat your oven to 400 degrees f. and line a large baking sheet with parchment paper.
Slice cauliflower into 1/2-inch thick slices around the stem. The parts near the stem that will hold together as slices will become “steaks”.
Reserve any remaining cauliflower florets for making cauliflower rice at a later time.
Place your cauliflower steaks onto your prepared baking sheet, and drizzle with oil, then sprinkle with sea salt, pepper, oregano, and garlic powder.Rub or brush everything into the cauliflower on all sides, then roast for about 20-25 minutes, turning (flipping over) once, until nicely golden brown.Carefully remove from the oven and top evenly with marinara sauce, cheese, olives, and pepperoni. (Or toppings of your choice!)Return to your hot oven and bake for 3-5 minutes more, until cheese is all nice and melty.Sprinkle with fresh chopped herbs and enjoy!Remember to tag me @CleanFoodCrush in your creations.
