When we’re struggling with health challenges like thyroid imbalances, diabetes or anxiety, and depression, finding a solution that works can feel like a daunting search.
These beautiful people have shown us that sometimes healing is more accessible than we think. While we cannot assume that simply changing our diet and lifestyle will be the cure-all for all ailments, we know for sure that Clean Eating and adopting a more positive outlook on life CAN have a huge impact on our health.

Colleen Lost 20 Pounds After Her Thyroid was Removed by Eating Clean.
My journey with CleanFoodCrush started when I gained weight after having my thyroid removed. I had no idea what to do, I felt completely lost.
I was told by many people, “you always gain weight after the procedure and there is nothing that can be done about it.”
I have had great success with the program and feel like I am finally back to being me. I still enjoy having special meals, treats, and adult beverages and because I’ve made this a true lifestyle change I’m able to embrace balance and moderation.

Lisa Lost 21 Pounds with the 30 Day Clean Eating Challenge!
I have battled with my weight for as long as I can remember… I was fighting my body constantly, from fad diets to almost having gastric bypass (which I decided was not for me).
I have type 2 diabetes, and with the help of the 30 Day Clean Eating Challenge, I lost 21 pounds and reduced my insulin intake levels to half!
I’m at 8 weeks now, I have lost 21 lbs. And about 9 inches overall. I feel great!
- I don’t have the stiffness in my joints
- I have more stamina and best of all my glucose readings haven’t been this consistent in 10 yrs!
- I have dropped my insulin intake by almost 1/2.

I followed the CleanFoodCrush website for 2 years before I took the challenge. Seeing Rachel’s transformation pictures and reading peoples stories, seeing their recipes, and watching the challenges continue to help people was really encouraging for me. I finally thought…“I can do this”!
