Spicy Miso Baked Cod
I feel like many people are intimidated by cooking fish at home.
To solve this, you just need an EASY recipe, that turns out AMAZING every time!
This is it! Incredible flavors + bakes up in 15 minutes after marinating.

Makes about 4 servings
Ingredients:
- 4, 4-ounce cod fillets
- wedge of fresh lime, to garnish
For the Miso Marinade:
- 2 Tbsps miso paste
- 1 Tbsp raw honey
- 2 Tbsps coconut aminos, or light soy sauce
- 2 Tbsps fresh lemon or lime juice
- 1/2 Tbsp finely chopped red chili peppers
Instructions:
In a small bowl whisk all the marinade ingredients.
Place the marinade in a Ziploc bag together with the cod fillets.
Rub it over the fish until well coated. Refrigerate and allow to marinade for at least 2 hours or overnight.
Preheat the oven to 400 degrees f.
Line a baking dish with parchment paper.
Add in the marinaded cod, and bake in your preheated oven for about 15 minutes until flaky and golden.
Garnish with lime wedges and chili slices.
Eat with a side of cooked brown rice.
