Meet Wendy, Who Lost 15 Pounds and 9 Inches in 30 Days With CleanFoodCrush!
My name is Wendy and I am 55 years old, living in London, Ontario, Canada.  I have been married for 25 years and have two wonderful adult children. I work part time as a occupational therapy assistant in Hand Therapy at our Hand and Upper Limb Centre at one of the hospitals in London. I have always been sporty and physically active and continue to play soccer and work out five days a week.
I initially joined Clean Food Crush in November of 2019. I did very well for about two months then I let my old habits slide back in.  I was no longer food prepping, drinking enough water and grabbing fast, convenient food – processed and full of sugar.
I decided in January of 2021, I needed to take my health back. I was not sleeping well and was lacking energy. I wanted to feel good again!
During the 30 Day Challenge, I followed the plan but also allowed myself to have a couple of glasses of wine a week.Â
I continued to work out and noticed an increased energy during these workouts as the challenge went on. Â
I lost 15 lbs during the 30 days and 9 inches!! Â
2.5†off my bust (always the first place to go), 3†off my waist and 3.5†off my hips.
Although the weight loss is great it is the NSV (non-scale victories) that feel the greatest. Â
- My clothes fit better
- I have much more energy
- I am sleeping better
For anyone considering joining the Clean Food Crush 30 day Challenge, don’t hesitate.Â
It works if you trust the process. It is not a diet. It is not restrictive. It is eating clean and healthy food that is both nutritious and yummy!!
One of the hardest things during the process for me was to not step on the scale, every day. A friend of mine calls the scale the lean liar!!
Weighing yourself once a week or once every two weeks is enough. You will notice the changes in the way your clothes fit. Â
BTW, if you look at my BMI, I am considered overweight!!
I love cooking and find the Clean Food Crush recipes to be quick and easy to make. Â
Two of my favorite recipes are the One Pan Protein Packed Pizza Inspired Bake and the Crockpot Tuscan Chicken.
Thank you Rachel and all the moderators for this wonderful supportive community that is great to be a part of.
