Cheese + Fruit Bistro Boxes

A take-n-go snack #FoodPrep combo!

Cheese Fruit Bistro Boxes RecipeMakes 1 box/per listed serving

Ingredients:

  • 1 oz. aged cheddar cheese, sliced
  • 1 oz. Gouda, or Brie sliced
  • 1/4 cup gluten free, or sprouted wheat crackers
  • 3 slices red apple
  • 5 oz. seedless organic grapes
  • 2 Tbsp raw walnuts
  • 2 Tbsp dried apricots

Cheese Fruit Bistro Food Prep Boxes

Instructions:

Dip apple slices in pure pineapple juice, or lemon water, to prevent browning.

Place the cheeses, crackers, apples, grapes, walnuts and dried apricots into a meal prep container.

Keep it in the fridge for about 3-4 days.
