Parmesan Roasted Green Beans
Okay friends, Thanksgiving is NEXT week so I’m certain that many of you are already planning your menus.
I have some of THE yummiest, simplest, and most crowd-pleasing Thanksgiving side-dishes planned for you this week… so yah might want to wait a few more days before your dinner plans are set in stone.I believe fully that we can satisfy ALL of our holiday cravings + stay healthy throughout this season (I’m gonna prove it to you!)Makes 4-5 servings
Ingredients:
- 1.5 lbs fresh crisp, green beans, ends trimmed
- 2 Tbsps avocado oil, or olive oil
- 2-3 Tbsp grated parmesan cheese
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- sea salt and fresh ground black pepper
Instructions:
Preheat your oven to 400 degrees f.
Add ALL ingredients to large mixing bowl, and gently toss to coat the beans well.
Spread green beans onto a large rimmed baking sheet, in a single layer.
Roast for 15-20 minutes in your preheated oven, or until crisp-tender.
Serve immediately and enjoy!
