There were so many questions about this post, hopefully I answer all of them here:
Jars are KILNER brand, although any glass jar such as canning jars work GREAT for storage.
The white stuff is protein powder. I like Jay Robb whey – use YOUR fave.
Chocolate chips are Lily’s brand sweetened with stevia, found here: CleanFoodCrush.com/lilys
Seeds & nuts can be purchased locally, or in bulk on Amazon. Try including: Chia seeds Sunflower seeds Pumpkin seeds Sliced almonds Walnut pieces Pecan pieces

Freeze dried fruit & berries are NOT the same as dehydrated fruit. It’s a different process. Freeze drying does help preserve a lot of the nutrients, and they are shelf stable. Typically there is NO ADDITIONAL Sugar added, but check the package to make sure. I purchase freeze dried berries at a health food store, Amazon, or a bulk food storage company online. These are very sweet tasting, & go a long way. Kids LOVE these in their oatmeal, as it gives the oats a nice, sweet taste.
My favorite Oats are Bob’s Red Mill, gluten-free.
Be sure to set out cinnamon, raw honey (locally sourced if possible) + pure maple syrup
There are several granola recipes on my website. If using a purchased granola (sparingly…like 1/4 cup per serving due to the sugar content) Udi’s brand is probably the ‘Cleanest’.
When purchasing dried coconut, make sure it’s UNSWEETENED, or else you will be eating a lot of sugar without realizing it. My favorite brand is “Let’s do organic.”
