Leftover Storage Instructions
This creamy pea salad keeps well in the refrigerator for up to 5 days for a quick and easy snack or side dish. I don’t recommend freezing it due to the texture quality of the bacon after freezing. However, if you were to leave the bacon out, then it should freeze well for up to 3 months…just add the bacon right before eating!
Recipe FAQ’s
Can I omit the red onions from this pea salad?
Yes, however the flavor will be a bit different.
Can I eat ranch pea salad hot?
While the intended recipe was made to eat cold, I believe heating the peas and adding the dressing would also work.
