Pink Smoothie Bowls
Make restaurant-worthy smoothie bowls at home with just a few simple ingredients.
The perfect recipe idea to use up all those ripe Summertime fruits!
What is a smoothie bowl?
Smoothie bowls are great for breakfast during the warmer months, or a hearty snack/treat anytime.
A smoothie bowl is a smoothie eaten from a bowl with a spoon instead of drinking it from a cup.
The cool thing is that we can add toppings to smoothie bowls for added textures, flavors, and nutrients! Because of this, smoothie bowls can be a bit more satisfying.
You can easily add in some protein powder or collagen to really increase the protein intake of your bowls (which I totally recommend).
âž¡ï¸ Rachel’s Tip:
Smoothie bowls you can buy in a restaurant or shop are often marketed as healthy but are LOADED with added sugar and made with pre-made, processed ingredients and artificial purees. So this is a great reason to make your own smoothie bowls at home with real frozen fruit and ingredients you love!

4-6 servings
Ingredients:
- 4 ripe peaches, peeled and chopped small
- 2 cups ripe strawberries, halved
- 2 large bananas, peeled and sliced small
- 2-3 Tbsps coconut water, coconut milk, or water
- garnish ideas: fresh berries, sliced banana, coconut flakes, granola, chopped nuts, nut butter, chia seeds, hemp seeds, etc.
Instructions:
Line 2 medium baking sheets with parchment paper.
Place your prepared fruits onto the baking trays and freeze for at least 4 hours or overnight.
Transfer your frozen fruits to a food processor or high-speed blender.
Add a splash of coconut water/milk and process until smooth. Start with less liquid, then slowly add more until you get your desired consistency.
You’ll likely need to stop your machine a few times and (using a spatula) scrape down the sides.
Transfer to serving bowls, garnish as desired, and serve immediately.
Enjoy!
