This recipe for white fish cooked in your air fryer is so quick and easy!
Tasty, tender, flaky fish seasoned to perfection! Ready to eat in just about 10 minutes.
Air fryer fish is my favorite way to cook fish! A nice crispy coat on the outside with tender-buttery flaky meat throughout.
This air fryer method is foolproof and mouthwatering.
Use any fish you can find on SALE or on special! Sea bass, haddock, flounder, grouper, red snapper, cod, whiting, hake, pollock, etc.

If you’re not sure whether you like eating fish – but love all their health benefits – white fish may be just the solution for you!
They’re less “fishy” and milder than other fish, which makes them a great place to start!

🍲If you can’t buy fresh whitefish from a fishmonger, choose wild-caught, frozen-at-sea.
Frozen at sea means they are frozen soon after being caught, which preserves them at their freshest point.

Try my best air fryer salmon recipe, too!

Ingredients:

2 tsps smoked paprika
-
2 tsps Italian seasoning
-
1/2 tsp ground cumin
-
sea salt and ground pepper, to taste
-
1-1/2 Tbsps avocado oil or olive oil
-
2 x 6 – 8oz thin, skinless white fish filets
-
fresh lemon wedges for serving
Instructions:
Preheat your air fryer to 380 degrees f. for 3-4 minutes.
In a small bowl, combine the seasonings with the oil.
Pat your fish dry with a paper towel on all sides.
Rub the fish filets on all sides with your oil/spice mix and place them in the air fryer.
Air fry for 8-10 minutes, or just until it easily flakes with a fork.
The exact time will depend on the size and thickness of your fish.
Begin checking them at 6 minutes then at 2-minute increments until just cooked through.
