Greek Salad Party Skewers are colorful, vibrant, and packed with fresh Summertime flavors and textures, featuring cherry tomatoes, cucumbers, red onion, yellow pepper, crumbly feta cheese, and Kalamata olives.
The best part? They’re incredibly easy to assemble and can be customized to your liking.
Depending on your personal favorites…add more or less of an ingredient, add something else you love, or leave off an ingredient entirely…be creative and have fun!
Simply thread your favorite ingredients onto bamboo skewers and brush with our homemade Greek dressing, made with extra virgin olive oil, white wine vinegar, fresh garlic cloves, oregano, and Dijon mustard.
These skewers are perfect for a quick and easy appetizer or snack, and they’re also a great way to enjoy a Greek salad in a fun and bite-sized bit.

Quick Antipasto Party Skewers
6 servings
Ingredients:
- 1 pint cherry or grape tomatoes
- 4 mini cucumbers, sliced into 1/2 inch slices
- 1 small red onion, cut into 1-inch pieces
- 1 large yellow pepper, seeded and cut into 1-inch pieces
- 8 ozs feta cheese, cut into 1-inch cubes
- 24 Kalamata olives
- 12 bamboo skewers
Homemade dressing:
- 1/3 cup high quality extra-virgin olive oil
- 3 Tbsps white wine, red wine, or apple cider vinegar
- 2 fresh garlic cloves, minced
- 2 tsps dried oregano
- 2 tsps Dijon mustard
- sea salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste
Instructions:
In a small jar or bowl, add all the ingredients for the dressing and shake or whisk to combine well.
Assemble the skewers by threading all your prepared ingredients onto the bamboo skewers as desired.
Just before serving, brush your skewers with the Greek dressing.
