  • 1 or 2 fresh oranges, thinly sliced as shown 
  • 1/2 cup fresh or frozen cranberries
  • 8 sprigs of fresh rosemary
  • 8 cinnamon sticks https://amzn.to/3JTb02l
  • Optional: 
  • 2 Tbsps fresh ginger puree
  • Juice of your choice or homemade lemonade

Instructions:

  • I first sliced my oranges very thinly into rings with a sharp knife, then cut the rings in half as shown in the video.
  • Arrange your orange slices in each compartment, overlapping like a flower (see video and photos). 
  • Top evenly with your cranberries.
  • Add a cinnamon stick and a rosemary sprig to each.
  • Consider adding a drop of fresh ginger puree to each for a little zing, along with the health benefits.
  • Top with water, apple juice, cranberry juice, orange juice, grape juice, or homemade lemonade.
  • Freeze until solid.
  • You can use these festive ice cubes with your favorite tea for an iced tea version, beautifully served in holiday punch bowls, sparkling or tonic water for a mocktail, or a sparkling wine/bourbon for an alcoholic beverage. Additional drink suggestions are above.
