CFC Burger Bites ðŸ”ðŸ”ðŸ”
We’ve got a SUPER FUN twist on burgers for ya!
Highly suggest trying these with Bison!
Bison burgers are a flavorful change to beef burgers. If you haven’t tried bison before, this is a good recipe to get started with!
When you cook them, be sure to keep a close eye on them because they take less time, and can become dry if they get overcooked.

Makes 10 Burger Bites
Ingredients:
Burger patties:
- 1 lb lean ground bison, or beef
- 1 large egg
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 Tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 Tbsp yellow mustard
- 1 dash hot sauce, optional
- sea salt & freshly ground black pepper, to taste
- 1 Tbsp avocado oil
Burger bites:
- 2 1/2 slices cheddar cheese, quartered
- Bibb, Romaine, or iceberg lettuce, torn into squares
- dill pickles, sliced
- 1/2 pint cherry tomatoes, sliced
- cocktail skewers
Instructions:
To make the patties:
Add into your mixing bowl all the burger ingredients except for the oil.
Stir thoroughly to combine, then take equal spoonfuls of your mixture and form into a 2 1/2″ inch patty. Repeat with remaining meat mixture.
Heat your oil in a large skillet or griddle over medium heat.
Cook the patties for 5-6 minutes per side, or until done to your liking.
Remove from heat and top each patty with cheese and allow it to slightly melt.
To assemble your burger bites:
Lay the burger patties onto a board and top each with lettuce and a couple of pickle slices.
Thread a cherry tomato to a cocktail skewer then insert it into the burger bite to hold everything together.
Repeat with remaining bites.
Serve immediately and enjoy!
