CFC Burger Bites ðŸ”ðŸ”ðŸ”

We’ve got a SUPER FUN twist on burgers for ya!

Highly suggest trying these with Bison!

Bison burgers are a flavorful change to beef burgers. If you haven’t tried bison before, this is a good recipe to get started with!

When you cook them, be sure to keep a close eye on them because they take less time, and can become dry if they get overcooked.

âž¡ï¸ Here’s a few other recipes I think you’ll also love:

Makes 10 Burger Bites

Ingredients:

Burger patties:

  • 1 lb lean ground bison, or beef
  • 1 large egg
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 Tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 Tbsp yellow mustard
  • 1 dash hot sauce, optional
  • sea salt & freshly ground black pepper, to taste
  • 1 Tbsp avocado oil

Burger bites:

  • 2 1/2 slices cheddar cheese, quartered
  • Bibb, Romaine, or iceberg lettuce, torn into squares
  • dill pickles, sliced
  • 1/2 pint cherry tomatoes, sliced
  • cocktail skewers

Instructions:

To make the patties:

Add into your mixing bowl all the burger ingredients except for the oil.

Stir thoroughly to combine, then take equal spoonfuls of your mixture and form into a 2 1/2″ inch patty. Repeat with remaining meat mixture.

Heat your oil in a large skillet or griddle over medium heat.

Cook the patties for 5-6 minutes per side, or until done to your liking.

Remove from heat and top each patty with cheese and allow it to slightly melt.

To assemble your burger bites:

Lay the burger patties onto a board and top each with lettuce and a couple of pickle slices.

Thread a cherry tomato to a cocktail skewer then insert it into the burger bite to hold everything together.

Repeat with remaining bites.

Serve immediately and enjoy!
