Choosing High Quality Matcha

🍵And let’s talk about the benefits of matcha! This green tea powerhouse is packed with antioxidants, boosts energy and focus, and may even support weight loss.

Plus, with the addition of collagen powder, you’ll be giving your skin and joints some extra love.

💚Green Tea
This fat-burning plant has been used for thousands of years! One way this antioxidant-rich tea promotes fat-burning is by its caffeine content.

Moderate amounts of caffeine have been shown to aid in burning fat and improving exercise performance.

But the star of green tea is the antioxidant called epigallocatechin gallate (EGCG). Studies show that this compound can boost metabolism and help us burn more calories during exercise and at rest!

So why shell out big bucks for a matcha latte when you can make a delicious and nutritious one at home knowing EXACTLY what high quality ingredients you’ve chosen?!

With just a few simple ingredients and a milk frother or whisk, you’ll be sipping on a refreshing and energizing drink in no time.

Ditch the coffee shop lines and get your matcha on with our easy and more affordable recipe!

Rachel’s Tips for Best Results

🥛Use ANY milk of your choice. My personal preferences for this drink are unsweetened coconut milk or unsweetened cashew milk. Any nut milk or dairy works great! Use your favorite.

🍯 The sweetness factor is such a PERSONAL preference, so please consider this when adding in raw honey, or pure maple syrup. Depending on your taste, you may want a bit more or less.
