Homemade Immunity Gummies (Vitamin C Punch)
Ingredients
- 3 Tbsps unflavored beef gelatin powder
- 1/4 cold filtered water
- 1 cup orange or tangerine juice, freshly-squeezed
- 1/2 cup lemon juice, (freshly squeezed) or use lime, or grapefruit juice
- 1 tsp ground ginger
- 1/4 cup manuka honey , or raw honey
Instructions
- In a small bowl, pour 1/4 cup cold filtered water over the gelatin and whisk to combine well. Let this mixture sit for about 10 minutes.
- Meanwhile, in a saucepan, whisk together your orange juice, lemon juice, and ginger. Heat just until hot, do not boil.
- Remove from heat and stir in your honey and gelatin mixture then whisk until everything is combined completely.
