Ingredients:

These are the clean ingredients that make this cottage cheese wrap both delicious and nutrtitious.

Makes 1 serving

  • 1 cup cottage cheese
  • 1 large egg
  • pinch of sea salt and ground pepper
  • 1/4 tsp dried oregano

Filling ideas:

  • chicken or turkey
  • roasted red peppers
  • pickled jalapeños or banana peppers
  • avocado slices
  • big handful of arugula or baby spinach
  • alfalfa sprouts
  • thinly sliced red onion
  • balsamic glaze

Instructions:

Preheat your oven to 350 degrees f and line a small sheet pan with parchment paper.

In a small food processor or blender add the cottage cheese, egg, sea salt, pepper and oregano. Blend until smooth.
