makes about 36 servings

Ingredients:

  • 24 ozs fresh cranberries, rinsed
  • 1/2 cup raw honey or pure maple syrup
  • 2 tsps pure vanilla
  • 1/2 cup pure unflavored collagen powder

Instructions:

Place your fresh cranberries in a saucepan then stir in the honey and vanilla.

Stir to combine and bring to a low simmer.

Cook while stirring for 10 minutes, or just until the cranberries burst.

Remove from heat and allow to cool for 20 minutes.

Stir in the collagen and transfer to a high-speed food processor or blender.

Blend until completely smooth, then transfer to a clean jar.

Refrigerate for up to 3 weeks.
