Makes about 12 balls, 1-2 balls per serving 

  • 1/2 cup raw cashews
  • 1/2 cup raw almonds
  • 1/4 cup pitted dates, about 10 pieces
  • 2 Tbsps unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 2 Tbsps coconut oil, melted
  • teeny tiny pinch of sea salt

Healthy Desserts No Bake Brownie Energy Balls


  1. Place all the ingredients into a blender or food processor and blend until you’ve got a thick dough.
  2. Take one semi-heaping Tablespoon of dough and roll it between your palms into a ball shape. Repeat until all the dough is finished.
  3. Place them into an air-tight container and refrigerate for up to 1 week.
  4. Enjoy!
