I often experiment with different stir fry recipes because there are countless ways to throw a recipe together.

Stir fries are simple and easy, often really quick, and taste amazing. Not to mention, they’re wonderful ways to get more veggies and nutrients into your diet. 

Here are 20 of our BEST stir fry meals:

1. Chicken + Green Bean Stir Fry

You can have a dinner loaded with protein and veggies in just 20 minutes! It’s packed with flavors, especially thanks to the delicious homemade sauce.

2. Beef & Broccoli Stir Fry

This stir fry is as simple as it gets – for those nights when you really want to order take-out, but then you realize that you can get this on the table even quicker. And it tastes even better than take-out.

3. Chicken + Asparagus Stir Fry

High protein + veggies = a nutritionally balanced meal that really couldn’t be simpler. It’s a huge hit among our kids and makes a great left-over lunch meal as well!
