Best Air-fried Green Beans
Did you happen to get a new air fryer for Christmas? I’m hearing A LOT of our CFC Crushers, Challengers, and Community Members sure did (Thanks Santa!🎅), and now everyone is looking for good recipes!
Veggies are seriously the BEST in an air fryer…they’re fighting for my favorite spot #1 that is actually still roasted in the oven because I can fit more in the regular oven and I have a massive family. 😅 But to stay on track here, I do think that the texture, crispiness, and convenience of air fryer veggies win hands-downðŸ†.
These are EXCELLENT for a quick weeknight meal, and for meal prep! It’s common for me to (accidentally) eat half the pan because they are so crispy and addictive!
âGreen Bean Foodie Fact: There are over 130 different kinds of pod beans on the planet (!!!) and green beans are one of the most popular.
They are low in calories, rich in vitamins and minerals, and have a mild taste that makes them popular … even with picky eaters.
Green beans are a great source of vitamins A, C, and K (important for a healthy immune system, good eyesight, and great skin).
They’re also rich in minerals like manganese, which supports a healthy metabolism and strong bones.
Plus, they’re a good source of folate, the B vitamin that helps prevent serious birth defects.
Not to mention they contain FIBER … which carries lots of health benefits for your digestive system, heart, and so much much!
👩â€ðŸ³Eat them raw or cook them in many different ways, like blanching, steaming, or roasting in the oven and air-fryer. They’re also delicious in salads, stews, stir-fries, and soups.
How often do you include green beans in your meals? ⬇ï¸
